About Me
I am a Equine Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, Equestrian balancing practitioner and SUREFOOT practitioner. I work in and around Worcestershire, I do also travel so please let me know where about's you are and I will see if I can get to you. I have been practicing with horses and dogs since 2012 and in 2015 I embarked in my human training which completed in 2017.
I have great interest in the horses well-being on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. This interest continues to deepen and grow with the more I learn and understand it has been my passion for most of my adult life. I came to realize how beautifully connected horses are to each other, nature and to the present moment. Noticing this has helped me to become very grounded and open around horses enabling them to feel safe in the moment so they can be seen and witnessed just as they are. These majestic animals have so much wisdom to share and show us. Equine Craniosacral Therapy enabled me to find stillness in myself and then the ability to hold that stillness for the horse whilst connecting to nature and to the body's wisdom.
I have witnessed deep processing and held safe spaces for vulnerable and worried horses enabling them to re connect to their own wholeness and well-being.
I love learning and deepening my knowledge about horses. I strive to help and empower owners to help their horses too and get their hands on, after all you are with them so much more!
My home and family of one son, one dog, 7 chickens are very important to me as it is my resource time to replenish and restore myself. I regularly undertake post graduate training and continued professional development to further my support to my clients four legged or two and myself.
I am fully insured and a member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association UK and the UK Reiki Federation which I have to keep up to date with CPD First Aid I'm also DBS checked.
